referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being
made.
2. In the instance that a candidate is referred by two people, the first referee will recieve the the £200

4. Payments will only be made on the initial placement only - extensions and
further placements are excluded.
5. In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks,
ASLIB's decision will be final.
