This half day course links with the one day course "Introduction to Records Management". It is designed to give delegates an understanding of a key records management tool - the records survey. Records surveys enable information specialists to inventory records so that they can identify issues within their organisation and gather data to plan for resolution. The course is particularly relevant if you are planning to meet Freedom of Information requirements.
